A pesar de que mi techo estaba en terribles condiciones, yo había rechazado varias otras compañías porque solo querían el dinero y no estaban dispuestos a ayudarme con el seguro. Michael realizó inmediatamente una inspección del techo y me aseguró que se encargarían del resto. Unos días después, mi seguro llamó para confirmar que estaba presentando una reclamación y programó una inspección para un par de días después. Words cannot describe my appreciation for Sky Roof R&C and their associates, Blanca and Michael. They provided exceptional service and attention that exceeded my expectations. Despite my roof being in terrible condition, I had turned down several other companies because they only wanted the money and were unwilling to assist me with my insurance. However, when Blanca visited my home and assured me that they would handle any insurance company on my behalf, I decided to give Sky Roof R&C a chance.

Michael promptly conducted a roof inspection and assured me that they would take care of the rest. A few days later, my insurance called to confirm that I was filing a claim and scheduled an inspection for a couple of days later. I informed Blanca and Michael about the inspection, and Michael personally came and ensured that the insurance inspector covered everything.

About a week later, I was selecting the shingle type and color for my new roof! Just four days later, I had a brand new roof installed! The entire process took approximately two weeks, and I am still in disbelief at how smooth and simple it was.

I have no words to express how wonderful and efficient this company is. Blanca and Michael are both incredibly amazing, friendly, lovely, great, kind, caring, and supportive people. They take great pride in their work and ensure that every customer is happy with their service throughout the entire process. As a single individual, I never felt alone during this journey. They were both the helping hands I needed to get a brand new roof!
